SRM Contractors Appoints Ashley Mehta as Executive Director, Hires New Auditor

SRM Contractors Ltd announced changes in its management and auditor following its 18th Annual General Meeting held on September 30, 2026. Ms. Ashley Mehta's designation has been changed from Non-Executive Director to Executive Director, effective October 1, 2026. She is a promoter of the company and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. Additionally, M/s Rohit KC Jain & Co. has been appointed as the company's statutory auditor for a term of five consecutive years, commencing from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The firm is a chartered accountancy firm established in 2005.
