SSPN Finance Ltd. has announced its Thirteenth Annual General Meeting (AGM) to be held on 30th September 2025. The meeting will be conducted via audio visual means. The Ordinary Business includes the consideration and adoption of the Audited Balance Sheet, Statement of Profit & Loss Account, Cash Flow Statement, and the Auditors’ and Directors’ report for the year ended on 31st March 2025. The Special Business includes the re-appointment of two directors, Mr. Sachin Vadgave and Mr. Uttamkumar Abhinandan Singh, and the appointment of Sanvedi Rane as an Independent Woman Director for another term of five years. The company also proposes to increase its Authorized Share Capital from INR 10,00,00,000 to INR 20,00,00,000 divided into 2,00,00,000 (Two crore) Equity Shares of INR 10 each.
