GACM Technologies Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AIML Cloud Global Technologies Private Limited for the exclusive distribution of its software product, "FIRM TALK – The complete ERP for businesses everywhere". Under the agreement, AIML will handle marketing, promotion, sales, and distribution, while GACM will manage the product, installation, implementation, and technical support. The gross revenue generated will be shared equally (50:50) between the two companies. The MOU includes a minimum guaranteed sale of ₹15 crore over a 24-month term. GACM believes this partnership will expand the market reach of its ERP product and support its revenue objectives. Intellectual property rights for FIRM TALK remain exclusively with GACM.
