GACM Technologies Signs MOU for Exclusive Distribution

GACM Technologies Limited has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with AIML Cloud Global Technologies Private Limited for the exclusive distribution of its software product, "FIRM TALK – The complete ERP for businesses everywhere". Under the agreement, AIML will handle marketing, promotion, sales, and distribution in the agreed territory for 24 months. GACM will be responsible for the product, installation, implementation, and technical support. Gross revenue will be shared equally (50:50) between the parties. The MOU includes a minimum guaranteed sale of ₹15 crore over the 24-month term. GACM believes this partnership will expand market reach and support its revenue objectives, while retaining full ownership of the intellectual property.
