GACM Technologies: Corrigendum to AGM Notice on Share Swap Resolution

GACM Technologies Ltd has issued a corrigendum to its 31st Annual General Meeting (AGM) notice, scheduled for September 30, 2026. The corrigendum clarifies and amends Item No. 09 of the AGM notice, which concerns the issuance of equity shares to non-promoters on a preferential basis (share swap) for the acquisition of a stake in WEXL Edu Private Limited. These amendments are based on suggestions from the stock exchange. The revised resolution and explanatory statement are enclosed as Annexure A. This corrigendum forms an integral part of the original AGM notice and is being dispatched electronically to shareholders.
