Standard Shoe Sole and Mould (India) Ltd has announced its unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors in a meeting held on 13th February 2026. The company has prepared the financial statements in accordance with Indian Accounting Standard 34 and other accounting principles generally accepted in India. The review was conducted in accordance with the Standard on Review Engagements (SRE) 2410, and nothing has come to the auditor’s attention that causes them to believe that the statement contains any material misstatement.
