Star Cement Ltd. has submitted an application to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited for seeking no-objection for reclassification of Chamaria Group from 'Promoter/Promoter Group' category to 'Public Category'. The application was submitted on February 10, 2026. The Chamaria Group includes Kamakhyia Chamaria, Laxmi Chamaria, Prahlad Rai Chamaria (G.S. Chamaria & Sons HUF), Hardeo Das Kamakhyia Prasad HUF, Amritansh Chamaria, Kailash Prasad Chamaria, Gouri Shankar Kailash Prasad HUF, Gayatri Chamaria, Vinay and Company, Prahlad Rai Chamaria, Ratna Chamaria, Sneh Lohia, Snigdha Chamaria, Suchita Agarwal, Sari Ka Jalan, Tanuj Chamaria, Mukund Chamaria, Rajendra Udyog HUF, Saroj Kejriwal, Rajendra Chamaria, Amit Agarwal, Komal Chamaria, Rish! Raj Shah, Jagdish Prasad Shah, with a total of 24,460,037 shares as of December 31, 2025. The Board of Directors also approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2025, and declared a 2nd Interim Dividend of 100% (i.e., Re. 1 per equity share of face value of Re. 1 each) for the Financial Year 2025-26.
