Starlite Components Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Q4 FY2025-26

Starlite Components Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. The trading window will be closed from April 07, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. This is as per the Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring, Preventing and Reporting of Trading in Securities by the Designated persons and their immediate relatives under the Securities and Exchanges Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended. The date of the Board meeting will be intimated in due course.
