Starlite Components: Record Date Set for Share Capital Reduction

Starlite Components Ltd has announced a record date of November 5, 2026, for a significant corporate action involving the reduction of its existing paid-up equity share capital. Following this reduction, the company will issue 17,09,353 fully paid-up equity shares of Rs. 10 each to its financial creditors. Solar Copyer Limited will receive 13,62,500 shares, and Rutwik Sales Private Limited will receive 2,37,500 shares, as per the approved resolution plan from the NCLT.
