This decision was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on July 15, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The firm is experienced in audit, taxation, compliance, and advisory services, including internal audits and risk assessment. Additionally, the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Shankar Viswanathan as a Non-Executive, Independent Director for a second term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
