Steamhouse India Awarded ₹311 Cr EPC & O&M Mandate

Steamhouse India Limited has secured a significant Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC), commissioning, and Operation & Maintenance (O&M) mandate for a Common Steam Plant and Co-generation Power Plant at the Bulk Drug Park in Una, Himachal Pradesh. The contract is valued at ₹311 crore (inclusive of GST). The EPC work is expected to be completed within 24 months, followed by a 25-year O&M period. This project is strategically important as it expands the company's steam generation and distribution platform beyond Gujarat and is expected to significantly increase its total capacity. The project funding will be managed by Himachal Pradesh Bulk Drug Park Infrastructure Limited.
