SAIL: FY26 Final Dividend of ₹2.35 Per Share Recommended

The Board of Directors of Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2026. They have recommended a final dividend of ₹2.35 per equity share of ₹10 each for the financial year 2025-26, which is 23.50% of the paid-up equity share capital. The dividend will be paid within 30 days of shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting.
