SAIL Trading Window Closed for Q2 FY27 Financial Results

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's shares. This closure will be effective from July 1, 2026, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The specific date for the board meeting to consider these financial results will be communicated later. All designated employees and their immediate relatives are prohibited from trading in SAIL securities during this period, in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct.
