SAIL's Trading Window to Remain Closed Until 48 Hours After Q4 and Year Ended 31st March, 2026 Financial Results

Steel Authority of India Ltd (SAIL) has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in shares from L'April, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for Considering the Financial Results of the Quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2026, will be intimated in due course. All Designated persons have been informed that they (including immediate relatives) shall not deal in any transaction involving the purchase or sale of the Company's Securities during the closure of the Trading Window as per the 'Internal Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading in dealing with, securities of SAIL, 2016'.
