STL Networks Appoints Interim CEO, Director Post Malik's Resignation

STL Networks Ltd announced a significant management change following the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Malik as Whole Time Director, effective June 10, 2026. Mr. Malik will serve a three-month transition period. Concurrently, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao Battula as an Additional Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer, designated as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel for a term of one year, subject to member approval. The company also reconstituted its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Authorization and Allotment Committee to include Mr. Battula.
