STL Networks Director Resigns, New CEO Appointed

STL Networks Ltd announced the resignation of Mr. Pankaj Malik as Whole-Time Director, effective June 10, 2026. He will continue to serve for a three-month transition period. Concurrently, the board approved the appointment of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao Battula as Additional Director and Interim Chief Executive Officer, designated as Whole Time Director and Key Managerial Personnel. The company also reconstituted its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Authorization and Allotment Committee following these changes.
