STL Networks: Director Resigns, New Interim CEO Appointed

STL Networks Ltd announced the resignation of Whole-Time Director Mr. Pankaj Malik, effective June 10, 2026. He will serve a three-month transition period. The Board also approved the appointment of Mr. Chandrasekhara Rao Battula as Additional Director and Interim CEO (Whole Time Director) for a term of one year, subject to member approval. The company also reconstituted its Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee, Risk Management Committee, Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility Committee, and Authorization and Allotment Committee.
