Storage Technologies Appoints New Directors and Key Management Personnel

Storage Technologies and Automation Ltd announced significant management changes, including the appointment of three new non-executive independent directors: Ms. Bhagya M.G., Ms. A. Harsha, and Mr. Mizar Udaya Bhandary. The company also recommended the re-appointment of several existing directors, including Mr. Syed Azeem and Mr. Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri, for various roles. Notably, Mr. Syed Azeem has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer for a two-year term, and Mr. Mohammad Arif Abdulgaffar Dor will continue as Managing Director. Mr. Hanif Abdul Gaffar Khatri will serve as Executive Director and Chairman. Additionally, Mr. Sk Samim Riaz has been appointed as Chief Finance Officer. The company also approved the reappointment of secretarial and internal auditors.
