Studds Accessories: CFO Manish Mehta Steps Down, Bharat Goyal Appointed

Studds Accessories Ltd has announced changes in its Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective July 1, 2026. Mr. Manish Mehta has transitioned from Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and KMP to Vice President- Taxation & Compliance within Senior Management. Concurrently, Mr. Bharat Goyal has been appointed as the new CFO and KMP. These changes are part of a strategic organizational restructuring and succession planning. The company has also updated the list of authorized personnel for determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
