Stylam Industries Appoints 8 New Directors, Hikes MD/WTD Remuneration

Stylam Industries Limited announced significant management changes following a board meeting on June 17, 2026. The company approved the appointment of eight new additional directors, including Mr. Tirloki Nath Singla as Non-Executive Independent Director and Mr. Naruhiro Amada as Executive Director (Whole Time Director). Additionally, the board approved amendments to the Articles of Association and granted special rights to Aica Kogyo Company, Limited. The managerial remuneration for Managing Director Mr. Jagdish Gupta and Whole Time Director Mr. Manit Gupta was also increased. These changes are subject to shareholder approval.
