Stylam Board Approves AOA Amendments, 9 New Directors, Remuneration Hike

Stylam Industries' board approved significant changes including the amendment and restatement of its Articles of Association, granting special rights to Aica Kogyo Company, Limited. The board also approved the appointment of nine new additional directors, including Mr. Tirloki Nath Singla (Independent), Mr. Kenji Ebihara, Mr. Nobuyuki Omura, Mr. Yuji Iwatsuka, Mr. Koshi Suzuki, Mr. Makoto Tanaka, Mr. Adisak Thiaphairat (all Non-Executive), and Mr. Naruhiro Amada (Executive/Whole Time Director). Additionally, managerial remuneration for Mr. Jagdish Gupta (MD) and Mr. Manit Gupta (WTD) was increased. All approvals are subject to shareholder consent.
