Styrenix Performance Materials Appoints Auditors for FY 2026-27

Styrenix Performance Materials Ltd has appointed M/s. Sharp & Tannan Associates as Internal Auditors and M/s. Kailash Sankhlecha & Associates as Cost Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointments were approved by the Board of Directors based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The remuneration for the Cost Auditor is subject to ratification by the shareholders at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the fourth quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026.
