Subex Modernizes RAFM for North African Telecom Operator

Subex Ltd has expanded its engagement with a leading telecom operator in North Africa to modernize its Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) operations. The operator will transition to Subex’s HyperSense platform, an AI-first solution for business assurance and fraud management. The contract spans five years and is valued at approximately USD 1.93 million. This upgrade from ROC to HyperSense aims to enhance operational agility, strengthen fraud detection, and improve revenue protection for the client.
