Subex Re-appoints Rupinder Goel as Independent Director

Subex Ltd has re-appointed Mr. Rupinder Goel as an Independent Director for a second term of three years, commencing from August 8, 2026, and up to August 7, 2029. This re-appointment is subject to the approval of the shareholders. The decision was made based on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and was approved during the Board of Directors meeting held on May 12, 2026. The board also approved the audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
