Sudarshan Chemical submits FY26 BRSR and announces AGM details

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has submitted its Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for the Financial Year ended March 31, 2026. The company also announced that its 75th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on August 18, 2026, through Video Conferencing. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share (250%). The dividend, if approved, will be paid by September 8, 2026, to shareholders on record as of August 11, 2026.
