Sudarshan Chemical Announces 75th AGM & ₹5 Dividend

Sudarshan Chemical Industries Ltd has announced its 75th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for Tuesday, August 18, 2026. The company will submit its Annual Report, including the Business Responsibility and Sustainability Report (BRSR) for FY 2025-26. The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of ₹5.00 per equity share (250%), subject to shareholder approval at the AGM. The dividend, if approved, will be paid on or before September 8, 2026, to shareholders of record as of August 11, 2026.
