This plant has historically produced Sudarshan's Aluminium Dyes portfolio, including brands like Sanodal®, Sanodure®, Sanodye®, and Anodal®. The acquisition aims to secure long-term continuity for these products and enhance Sudarshan's control over the complex manufacturing process. The transaction is expected to be completed around January 4, 2027, subject to customary conditions. This move allows Sudarshan to directly own and manage the production of its key colorant portfolio, fostering future innovation and capacity planning.
