Sudeep Pharma Ltd Appoints Sharp & Tannan Associate as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27 and Reports Q3 & Nine Months Financials

Sudeep Pharma Ltd has appointed Sharp & Tannan Associate as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27. The appointment was made at the Board of Directors meeting held on 6th February 2026. The Board also considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the third quarter and nine months ended on 31 December, 2025. Sharp & Tannan Associate is a well-established Chartered Accountancy firm with a focus on risk-based auditing and value-added approach to business processes. The firm has been proponents of the COSO 1992 framework and has started early adoption of RPAs/Robotics automations in the fields of internal audit and other consulting assignments.
