Sueryaa Knitwear: Internal Auditor Resigns, New Appointed

Sueryaa Knitwear Ltd announced a change in its internal audit function. Ms. Parul Singh resigned from her position as Internal Auditor, effective June 19, 2026. The Board of Directors, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Subhash Chand Gupta as the new Internal Auditor for the financial year 2026-27, also effective June 19, 2026. Mr. Gupta is described as a graduate and experienced accountant with expertise in accounting and internal control systems.
