Sugs Lloyd Ltd has announced the incorporation of its wholly-owned subsidiary, "Sugs Renewables Private Limited". This new entity is established to focus on the renewable energy sector, specifically solar photovoltaic projects. The subsidiary will engage in various activities including development, design, engineering, procurement, construction, operation, and maintenance of solar power plants and other renewable energy systems. The incorporation involved a cash consideration of ₹1,00,000, representing 10,000 equity shares of ₹10 each, fully subscribed by Sugs Lloyd Limited.
