Sugs Lloyd Limited has received Letters of Intent (LOIs) aggregating ₹214.27 crore from TP Southern Odisha Distribution Limited (TPSODL) and TP Western Odisha Distribution Limited (TPWODL) for three-year distribution network maintenance contracts in Odisha. These contracts, effective from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 2029, aim to build a predictable recurring-revenue base. The company expects its contracted network-maintenance revenue in Odisha to increase to approximately ₹60 crore annually from the current ₹12 crore.
