Sulabh Engineers Appoints New CFO, Reappoints Director

Sulabh Engineers & Services Ltd announced key management changes following a Board of Directors meeting on August 12, 2026. Ms. Shraddha Mishra has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) effective August 13, 2026. Mrs. Seema Mittal has resigned from her CFO role, effective August 12, 2026, but will continue as an Executive Director. The board also approved the re-appointment of Mrs. Seema Mittal as Director and Mr. Vimal Kumar Sharma as Managing Director, subject to shareholder approval. The 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) is scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via video conferencing.
