Sulabh Engineers Board Approves AGM Notice, Director Re-appointment

Sulabh Engineers & Services Ltd held a Board meeting on August 12, 2026. The Board approved the notice for the 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for September 28, 2026, to be held via video conferencing. The Board also approved the Board Report for FY 2025-26, including the Management Discussions and Analysis Report and Corporate Governance Report. Key decisions included the closure of the Register of Members and Share Transfer Book from September 19-28, 2026, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Seema Mittal as Director, subject to shareholder approval. Mrs. Mittal resigned as CFO but will continue as Executive Director. Ms. Shraddha Mishra was appointed as the new CFO, effective August 13, 2026. Mr. Vimal Kumar Sharma's re-appointment as Managing Director was also approved.
