Sulabh Engineers & Services Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window effective July 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the company's internal policies. The trading window will remain shut until 48 hours after the declaration of the un-audited financial results (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
