Sun Pharma Advanced Research Allots 3.85 Cr Warrants

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd has allotted 3,85,10,000 warrants to Shanghvi Finance Private Limited at ₹155.80 per warrant on a preferential basis. The company received ₹1,49,99,64,500, equivalent to 25% of the warrant issue price, in accordance with SEBI ICDR Regulations. Each warrant is convertible into one fully paid-up equity share of face value ₹1. The allotment was approved by the Securities Allotment Committee.
