Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd (SPARC) has submitted its Monitoring Agency Report for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The report, issued by Acuité Ratings & Research Limited, confirms no deviation in the utilization of proceeds from the Preferential Issue of Convertible Warrants. The issue, which raised ₹599.98 Crores, was conducted between May 8 and May 23, 2026. The monitoring agency reviewed documents including issuer-provided information, bank statements, invoices, and an independent auditor's certificate. No material deviations from the objects of the issue or changes in the means of finance were observed. The report also confirms that all necessary government/statutory approvals related to the objects have been obtained.
