Sun Pharma ARCL Terminates License Agreement with CMS Bridging DMCC

Sun Pharma Advanced Research Company Ltd (SPARC) announced the mutual termination of its License Agreement with CMS Bridging DMCC, originally dated November 5, 2019. The termination is effective June 25, 2026. The agreement was for the development and commercialization of multiple products, including XelprosTM, ElepsiaTM, TaclantisTM, PDP-716, and SDN-037, in specific Asian markets. SPARC stated that this termination will have no material impact on its financial position, operations, or other business activities.
