Suncity Synthetics Appoints New CFO and Additional Director

Suncity Synthetics Limited announced key management changes following a Board Meeting held on October 26, 2026. Mrs. Vidhi Bafna has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), effective the same date. Concurrently, the board accepted the resignation of Mr. Suresh Dhanraj Kawarjain from the CFO position. Additionally, Ms. Prajakta Vijay Joshi was appointed as an Additional Director (Non-Executive Non-Independent) of the company.
