Five-Star Business Finance Appoints Chief Risk Officer

Five-Star Business Finance Ltd announced the appointment of Mr. Shankar Subramanian as Chief Risk Officer, effective October 26, 2026. He will serve a term of three years. Mr. Subramanian brings over three decades of experience in financial services, analytics, governance, and venture ecosystems. He previously held Head of Risk positions at various financial services companies. This appointment follows the stepping down of Mr. Jayaraman S from the same role due to an internal movement within the company. The board's decision was based on the recommendations of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee.
