Suncity Synthetics EGM held, approves capital hike & preferential issue

Suncity Synthetics Ltd. conducted an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) on April 30, 2026, via videoconference. The EGM addressed key business items, including the approval of an increase in the company's Authorized Share Capital. Shareholders also passed a special resolution for the issue and allotment of 30,00,000 equity shares on a preferential basis to both promoter and non-promoter categories.
