Sundaram-Clayton Ltd: Mr R Gopalan Steps Down as Chairman, Mr Venu Srinivasan Becomes Chairman and Managing Director

Sundaram-Clayton Ltd announced the outcome of its Board Meeting, where Mr R Gopalan stepped down as Chairman with immediate effect. He will continue as Non-Executive Independent Director. Mr Venu Srinivasan, Chairman Emeritus and Managing Director, was redesignated as Chairman and Managing Director. The Company also rescinded the earlier intimation regarding the change in Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
