Sundaram-Clayton Reappoints Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan as Auditors

Sundaram-Clayton Ltd has re-appointed M/s. Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan, Chartered Accountants, Bengaluru, as Statutory Auditors for a five-year term from FY 2026-27 to FY 2030-31. The re-appointment, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation, was approved by the Board of Directors on May 14, 2026, and is subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. Raghavan, Chaudhuri & Narayanan is a partnership firm with over four decades of experience in audit, assurance, taxation, and corporate advisory services.
