VS Trust, a promoter of TVS Holdings Limited (THL), has disclosed the creation of encumbrance on 4,20,400 equity shares, representing 2.08% of the total share capital. This pledge was made on July 7, 2026, as part of a pledge agreement with Aditya Birla Capital Limited to secure a facility of INR 250 crore.
