Sundaram Finance Grants 14,629 Stock Options to Employees

Sundaram Finance Ltd has announced the grant of 14,629 stock options to eligible employees under the Sundaram Finance Employee Stock Option Scheme – 2008 (SFESOS). These options entitle employees to acquire an equal number of equity shares of ₹10 each from the Sundaram Finance Employees Welfare Trust. The options can be exercised between June 1, 2029, and November 30, 2029, at an exercise price of ₹10 per share. The decision was made during a board meeting held on May 25, 2026.
