Sundaram Finance Recommends ₹24 Final Dividend; Record Date July 6, 2026

Sundaram Finance Ltd has recommended a final dividend of ₹24 per share (240%) for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, on a paid-up capital of ₹111.10 cr. This is in addition to the interim dividend of ₹16 per share (160%) already paid. The total dividend for FY26 amounts to ₹40 per share (400%). The record date for determining shareholders eligible for the dividend is fixed as July 6, 2026, and payment will be made on or after July 23, 2026, subject to shareholder approval.
