Sungold Capital Board to meet on April 30, 2026 for FY26 results

Sungold Capital Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will convene a meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The main purpose of this meeting is to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) for both the quarter and the financial year ended March 31, 2026. The Board will also review the Independent Auditor's Report issued by the Statutory Auditor for the same period. In compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the company's securities remains closed from April 1, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are publicly disclosed. This announcement is made in accordance with Regulation 29 and 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
