Super Tannery Ltd: Promoters Iftikharul Amin, Sophia Amin, Iqbal Ahsan, and Ismat Igbal Pledge Shares to SBI CAP Securities Limited Mumbai

Super Tannery Ltd has disclosed under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011 that promoters Iftikharul Amin, Sophia Amin, Iqbal Ahsan, and Ismat Igbal have pledged their shares in favor of SBI CAP Securities Limited Mumbai on 27-02-2026 and 02-03-2026. The total number of pledged shares by Sophia Amin, Iqbal Ahsan, and Ismat Igbal is 6,677,253, while Iftikharul Amin has pledged 1,52,35,622 shares. The shares were pledged with SBICAP Trustee Company Limited Mumbai. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 10,79,73,360/- consisting of 10,79,73,360 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.
