Super Tannery Ltd. has submitted a revised disclosure to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) regarding share encumbrance calculations for Iftikharul Amin, Mrs. Sophia Amin, Mr. Igbal Ahsan, and Mrs. Ismat Igbal. The earlier disclosures had a mismatched percentage of encumbrance shares due to incorrect calculations based on total promoter holding and total share capital. The revised disclosures rectify this error. The company regrets the inadvertent mistake and assures that it was unintentional.

The total number of pledged shares by Sophia Amin, Iqbal Ahsan, and Ismat Igbal is 6,677,253, while Iftikharul Amin has pledged 1,52,35,622 shares. The shares were pledged with SBICAP Trustee Company Limited Mumbai. The total equity share capital of the company remains unchanged at Rs. 10,79,73,360/- consisting of 10,79,73,360 equity shares of Re. 1/- each.

SBICAP Trustee Company Ltd has acquired a significant stake in Super Tannery Ltd. The acquisition was made through the pledge of equity shares, resulting in a 29.87% stake in the company. The acquisition was made before the said acquisition, the company had an equity share capital of Rs. 21,12,27,059/-. Post-acquisition, the equity share capital stands at the same amount. The total diluted share/voting capital of the company also remains the same at Rs. 21,12,27,059/-. The acquisition was made in accordance with the SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.

Super Tannery Ltd promoters, Iftikharul Amin, Mrs. Sophia Amin, Mr. Iqbal Ahsan, and Mrs. Ismat Iqbal, have pledged their shares on 27-02-2026 and 02-03-2026 in favor of SBI CAP Securities Limited Mumbai. The encumbrance details are provided in Annexure 1.
