Supertex Industries Ltd has announced its 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at 10:30 a.m. at the company's registered office in Silvassa. The meeting will cover the adoption of the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2025-2026, the re-appointment of Mr. Ramesh Kumar Mishra as a Director retiring by rotation, the re-appointment of M/s. V.J. Talati & Co. as Cost Auditors for FY 2026-27, and the re-appointment of Mr. Piyush Patel as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.
