Venkata Nutalapati acquires 7.40% stake in Supra Trends via warrant conversion

Venkata Subbarao Nutalapati has disclosed the acquisition of 1,750,000 equity shares, representing a 7.40% stake, in Supra Trends Limited. The acquisition occurred on May 26, 2026, through the conversion of warrants into equity shares. Prior to this, Nutalapati held 1,750,000 warrants, which have now been converted into shares. This transaction has increased Supra Trends Limited's total equity share capital from ₹13,53,72,410 (1,35,37,241 shares) to ₹23,65,72,410 (2,36,57,241 shares). The disclosure was made under Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
